Job Description

Job Duties/Description:
* Oversee work orders and projects including - set up, tracking, material ordering, and invoicing.
* Provide customer service to clients regarding project inquiries
* Schedule technicians for service work
* Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
* Update database reports

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1 year(s) of project coordination and/or service coordination experience required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel required
* Experience in Salesforce, Oracle, or Smartsheet is a plus!

Additional Info:
* Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 BONUS
* Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
* Location: In office
