Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of talent within the organization
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) for data management and reporting purposes
- Proven track record in program management, strategic planning, and HR sourcing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and employee orientation programs
