Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is an agency that provides affordable housing for over 17,000 families and 40,000 individuals. CMHA serves Hamilton County communities and the city of Cincinnati and all it's neighborhoods. The CMHA operates or administers three separate programs. Asset Management consists of over 5,300 units owned and managed by CMHA. The Housing Choice Voucher program can administer Housing Assistance Payments for over 11,500 households. The agency also operates 274 units of other affordable rental housing.
