Working at Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio as a Human Resource Generalist is dynamic. You will directly contribute to the continuous improvement process and efficiency of the agency. You will be working with teams to provide reliable tools, improved work flows, and become an agency expert in attracting and retaining strong candidates/employees, pay and benefits management, and limiting risk and liability for the agency largely through enforcing company policies and practices.
