TLC DD Group Homes LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and some experience with DDD (Division Developmental Disabilities).

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide support in project coordination and follow-up
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with various office tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional customer service skills
