Position Description

Maintains physical and digital filing system, works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed, Maintain office equipment and ensure office supplies are adequate, Prepare cases being transferred and out of the office. Maintain closed files and additional volumes in the storage area. Set up systems for purging files, complete process timely and prepare for archives according to *** policy, maintain correspondence with providers to inform of end and start dates for eligibility.
