Position Description:
Responsible for opening, reviewing and sorting incoming correspondence, responding to email requests from internal and external customers. This role will be trained to set up payment arrangements, fiduciaries, data entry for tax clearance, maintenance, debt set off and liens. Will also assist with customer service overflow calls and other administrative support as needed
Skills Required:
High attention to detail. Ability to read and sort incoming correspondence; effectively communicate both written and verbal; handle fast-paced work environment; customer service focus; ability to use computers at a proficient level to document, input, save and retrieve information; as well as utilize calendar and email applications; and use and follow policies and procedures.
Experience Required:
Approximately 1-2 years experience in an accounting and finance environment with heavy emphasis on customer support, utilizing enterprise level platforms to conduct daily tasks 65% to 90% in the workday.
Experience Preferred:
Experience with participating in process improvement activities
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Education Preferred:
Some college or associates degree preferred.
