Position

• Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily office functions.

General Tasks Include

• Data Entry
• Invoicing
• Organizing and Scanning Documents
• Phone Calls (both incoming and outgoing)
• Customer Survey Calls
• Managing Payments
• General Office Support

Basic Requirements

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
• Advanced skills in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
• Strong time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiencies
• Excellent organizational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Punctuality and reliability are essential traits

Notes

• Must be able to work holidays (company is open 364 days a year)
• Schedule for this position is: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM (start time subject to change)
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
