Times10 is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Los Angeles, CA

Times10 is a fast-paced, forward-thinking social media management/branding company based in Hollywood. Our team is casual, fun loving, but highly focused, and our clients range from music artists to sports athletes to brands. Our reputation for building lasting customer loyalty for a high rate of return has garnered us a growing client list. The key to our success is in the synergistic relationships we form between the public and leading brands - an approach that separates us from the competition. Objective: We are looking for a professional Director of Operations to plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations. Candidates will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Other responsibilities include data entry, managing the organization'sday-to-day needs, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with all other department directors. Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Development of individual program budgets
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
  • Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules; assigning employees; providing back up.
  • Maintains equipment by coordinating requirements with telecommunications and information services departments; examining state-of-the-art technology; recommending upgrades; controlling installations.
  • Management of agency budget in coordination with the CEO.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Regular meetings with CEO around fiscal planning.

Skills and Education:

  • At least 3 years experience in an Office Management/Director of Operations role at a reputable agency
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Budget development and oversight experience.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization,
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
