EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSIST/HR
HR Duties and Responsibilities
Weekly payroll Lead Timekeeper – reviews timecards and makes necessary adjustments.
Enters benefit time, orientation and time owed.
Act as a liaison between the departmental staff and the payroll office.
Handle internal requests off, employee status changes, etc.
Maintain continued contact with the payroll department
Recruiting and On-Boarding: Process paperwork for new hires, background checks, I9’s
Post new job openings, prepare termination paperwork
Prepare FMLA/LOA paperwork for payroll submission
Credential physicians
Maintain employee files - Audit employee files for compliance
Manage company ID Badges
Various other duties as necessary
Executive Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Owners, Administrator and Asst. Administrator
Works with various Department Heads as needed
Handles petty cash
Sort and distributes paychecks and mail
Type letters
Run reports
Various other duties as necessary
EXPERIENCE:
v Must be able to hold a high level of confidentiality
v Must be detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
v Must know Excel and Word
v Experience in an administrative role
v Excellent verbal and written communication skills
v Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
v Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
v Ability to learn new software
· 1 year administrative experience
· 1 year human resources experience
