Kings Harbor Multicare Center is a 720 bed long term care/sub-acute facility located in the North East Bronx near the Westchester border. We are looking for a full time Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Applicants should apply if they have experience in the following:

• Recruitment, hiring, offer letters, background check, including DOH CHRC fingerprinting, criminal history and on boarding of staff

• Workmen's compensation, OSHA 300 and all aspects that relate to LOA's (FMLA, PFL, etc..)

• Knowledge of HRIS

• Employee relations and performance management

• The HRG will be responsible for assisting over 750 employees, in their designated areas. The primary function is to provide day-to-day support to all levels of employees, management and assist with projects, and processes across a full range of HR functions.
