Where will you work : These 2 roles are remote. One can be located in Western North Dakota / Eastern Montana and one can be located in South Dakota.
Mosaic Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated, business building, results oriented individual to join as a Mosaic Biosciences Territory Sales Representative.
This role is responsible and accountable for delivering the annual goals for the assigned territory profitability and sales volume.
What will you do?
Territory Management
Maximize sales and market share within territory.
Develop strong business relationships with customers to gain support and satisfaction of Mosaic Bioscience products.
Assess market dynamics, provide insights to management, and develop and implement business plans to influence demand.
Coordinate sales activities to include, but not limited to : Direct calls, Business Meetings, Trade Shows, Grower Meetings.
Work in conjunction with account managers to create weekly competing products analysis, budgets, forecast and customer data transfer back to sales team and other functional areas.
Sales
Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with customers in territory.
Act as primary liaison for retail accounts within territory.
Partner with RSM, TSM and Account Managers to develop territory opportunities.
Develop product learning material base on territory needs ensuring customer knowledge about our products with clear goals of increasing product demand.
Develops training and communications for sales team base on market trends and customer feedback.
Account Management
Successfully manage territory accounts as directed by RSM's.
Manage operational budget, variable selling expense and marketing funds within territory.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, or related field or 7 years equivalent experience required
3 years of business experience, with value added products preferred.
Strong agronomic and sales acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills : ability to lead through influence and network.
Exceptional customer relationships and influence skills adept at developing trust.
Have a high degree of personal and professional integrity, including being a self-starter, the ability to acknowledge mistakes and take ownership of results.
Demonstrate the ability to use common workplace software, including the use of Microsoft Office software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Up to 50% travel requirement
