Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll leverage your 8 to 10 years of experience in construction management and engineering to spearhead our expansion efforts in the state of Florida. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the construction and engineering sectors in Florida.
2. Identify and engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals and services meet client requirements and market demands.
4. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
2. 8 to 10 years of proven experience in business development within the construction and engineering sectors.
3. Strong network and understanding of the Florida market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
