Competitive compensation includes base salary and sales-based monthly individual and team sales commissions.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Sunward, your responsibility is to lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets, KPIs and drive revenue growth as well as contribute as a sales producer. Your role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
