Job Description
Achieve your area's objectives continuously through planning,
leadership, organization, and appropriate personnel. Demand production and
ensure the fulfillment of weekly and daily production quotas. Ensure the
acquisition of personnel to get the work done.
● Coordinate and supervise the work of the sales teams, especially in
meeting daily and weekly quotas.
● Ensure that the supervisors in each area are focused and achieve the set
goals.
● Maintain harmony, unity, connection, and productivity within all sales
teams.
● Maintain and ensure adherence to the sales structure for further
expansion.
● Be assertive in enforcing company policies.
● Verify that all sales teams have good, well-trained salespersons.
● Notify the HR department of the need for new personnel.
● Resolve customer problems by directing them to the appropriate
communication lines and departments.
