Turnils North America LLC is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Denver, CO
What you will do:
- Implement corporate programs, product introductions, meet sampling and sales objectives set by senior management (such as product implementation/expansion, program conversions, etc.).
- Visit with fabricator accounts on a regular basis (both personal and phone visits), meeting with upper management to discuss sales trends, sales volume by product, and quality and production issues.
- Act as the point person for all questions and requests asked of the product divisions, communicate the facts internally and respond to accounts in a timely fashion.
- Follow up with Product Managers on all quality and manufacturing related issues until resolved.
- Assist in providing accurate forecasting, by product and product divisions to improve inventory controls at all levels.
- Facilitate training of sales and customer service personnel in conjunction with the Introduction of new Turnils products and programs.
- Work with fabricator sales representatives to evaluate retail dealer needs and provide sales support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing or similar field of study required
- Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, manufacturing sales or related fields in the window coverings, textile, or home décor industries.
- Must have solid organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Travel Requirement: up to 40%
- Salary Range: $90k to $101k annual base salary, plus bonus potential
