Sales Manager –
Job Title: Branch Manager- Palm Coast Florida
Job Description: Salary, % of branch sales, Earn own Sales Commission
APC Roofing is looking for an individual to manage the palm coast sales team.
Office is open Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring product ordering and permitting is completed by office staff.
- Responsible for hiring, supervising sales positions within the Palm Coast Branch
- Responsible for building and maintaining morale in the branch
- Review and approve roofing contracts submitted by the sales team
- Liaison instructions and directives from the headquarters staff
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and sets an example for staff
- Promotes teamwork both within local team and other branches
- Communicates regularly with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Attends management meeting when required in person at headquarters.
- Drive, care and maintain your assigned vehicle.
- Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed
- Understands and utilizes all needed systems and technology
- Performs other duties as assigned
