Stately Doors and Windows is seeking to hire a professional in construction or building materials sales, specializing in luxury doors and windows. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in prospecting for clients within the building materials sector. If you have a keen understanding of luxury doors and windows, coupled with strong tech skills in Excel and CRM software, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business development efforts in the luxury doors and windows segment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and industry influencers i. e. builders and designers etc.
- Utilize your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets in the upscale building materials market.
- Leverage technology, including Excel and CRM software, for efficient prospecting and client management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction or building materials sector, experience with luxury doors and windows a plus.
- Proven success in prospecting for clients and achieving sales targets in the high-end market.
- Strong tech skills, particularly in Excel and CRM software.
- Standing builder or designer relationships a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Note: This role will not be developing or selling to dealers, so those with only dealer sales experience need not apply.
