Overview:

We are a leading sub-contractor specializing in finish carpentry, dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and superior service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shipping department and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure trucks are loaded with the correct materials and products according to order specifications.
• Organize delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Full Time Position: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Benefits offered after 60 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
