Overview

Targeted Victory is looking for an individual with education, interest, and/or experience in Human Resources to join our team as a Recruiter to source, interview, and onboard talent for internal positions. This individual must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and organization, an eye for talent, and strong communication skills. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain job postings in recruiting platforms and internal job boards
• Review high volume of resumes and candidate inquiries for open internal roles within our Corporate, Political, and Operations departments
• Coordinate and conduct phone, onsite and video conference interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Create and maintain weekly recruitment reports to identify open, filled, or closed positions
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
• Perform reference checks for prospective employees
• Assist HR team with onboarding, maintenance of employee records, intern program, and company wide events

Qualifications

This position is for individuals who are self-starters, driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Studies, or related field
• Interest in Human Resources and Recruiting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to support changing business needs
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment; time management and organization are a must
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
