Some of our clients are seeking remote recruiters, while others need someone onsite. In these roles, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to fulfill both direct hire and contract positions.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to our client's success and the growth of their organizations.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend staffing needs and objectives.

• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source top-tier candidates.- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.

Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.- Strong understanding of both direct hire and contract recruitment processes.
