Responsibilities:
The Recruiter (Remote) will:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them
- Manage the strategy and execution to recruit positions across the organization
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
- Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, interview, and evaluating candidates through the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates
- Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 3 years of full-cycle Recruitment experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- Demonstrated experience closing senior level candidates and negotiating offers
- Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
- Computer savvy
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Experience within hiring Sales professionals
