We're growing our People Team at Pryon and are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Recruiter to fill open roles across the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced and savvy recruiter who can fill technical and non-technical roles with equal skill. Openings run the gamut from highly specialized research and engineering roles to customer-facing Go To Market (GTM) roles and everything in between. We also require someone with a passion and successful track record recruiting with a keen focus on DE&I. And let's not forget providing a stellar candidate experience - also a top priority!! In This Role, You Will:
    • Own full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build scalable recruiting processes and hire world-class talent
    • Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting on building out recruiting and talent dashboards
    • Consistently achieve KPIs and activity metrics (e.g., interviews per week, time-to-fill, cold outreach etc)
    • Collaborate on Pryon's nascent and developing Internship Program (undergrad & grad/Ph. D)
    • Travel to various recruiting and networking events
    • Use data to inform your strategy and continuously improve the recruitment process
    • Conceive and implement strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines (i.e., targeted sourcing, employer branding, events etc.)
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
    • 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles
    • A passion for building diverse teams and experience meeting DE&I recruiting targets
    • Successful track record of achieving hiring targets as well as the KPIs & activity metrics required to achieve them
    • Very strong sourcing and research skills
    • Extremely high EQ as well as the ability to treat candidates with kindness as respect while assessing fit and qualifications
    • Willingness and ability to juggle a varied portfolio of open roles that is always subject to change
    • Reporting and dash-boarding experience
    • Some agency experience is preferred but ideal candidates are currently in an in-house role
    • Must have built teams in a start-up environment and/or have built 0 to 1 teams previously
    • Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview, negotiation, and closing process
    • Flexibility and learning agility: things move extremely quickly at Pryon and priorities can change and evolve
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Presentation skills
    • Experience and proficiency with Lever, Greenhouse (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting/sourcing tools
$110,000 - $150,000 a year
Annual salary is only one component of overall compensation. Actual salaries are based on factors such as work experience and education and may vary from the specified range.
