Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) Promise Academy – a top-performing K-12 charter school within HCZ’s cradle-to-career pathway of comprehensive services – seeks a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team!
The Recruiter will bring a passion for the mission of HCZ: to get all our scholars to and through college. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, endless creativity, diverse experience, and enthusiasm for Talent Attraction & Recruitment.
This role will be part of an existing team and report to the Managing Director, TA. The Recruiter will have an assigned client group and serve as a lead with a presence across varied locations within the Zone. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office required.
