As an HR Associate, you'll be integral to the HR operations of the business. Reporting directly to the head of HR, you will be the main liaison for employees, guiding them through the completion of their I-9 forms, employee benefits enrollment/termination, assisting in the coordination and execution of company events, and performing administrative tasks and accounting duties related to employee benefits.
This role offers the opportunity to drive accuracy and compliance while supporting our workforce.

Performing the duties, the employee will occasionally be in an on-site construction environment where they may be exposed to moving mechanical components and equipment, high and subgrade places, fumes and/or airborne particles, weather conditions, and electrical systems.
