Role : Administrative Assistant III Estimated Duration : 6 months Location : Phoenix, AZ (hybrid) Position Description This position is responsible for statewide recruiting, supporting volunteers with required applications, tracking completion of required initial and on-going training, tracking the volunteer's hours, and collaborating with the Client for enrolling volunteers and ensuring background check completion.
The position will monitor public websites and Internet platforms to identify potential volunteers, conduct outreach to community groups, attend meetings, interviewing and speaking to potential volunteers, and compose correspondence / brochures to share within the community of volunteer opportunities.
Maintain and provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of activities to the Client. Develop, distribute, and track donated resources and compose and send donation acknowledgment letters.
