Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist our client in a Payroll Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks that support payroll operations and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. This role is fully on-site in Scottsdale, AZ 85252 and is projected to be a 3-month contract.Your responsibilities-Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed, including earnings statements, tax summaries, and payroll-related analytics.-Provide administrative support to the Payroll Department, including filing, document retrieval, and assistance with special projects as assigned.-Prepare and file payroll-related documents, such as tax forms, W-2s, and other required reports.- Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues- Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks- Executing additional tasks as required
