Robert Half is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our client in Burlington, VT. This would be an excellent opportunity contract to hire opportunity with a Fortune 500 financial company.
This position will require training. This training is essential to your success; your attendance and punctuality during training is mandatory.
This would be a contract role with a potential to turn into a permanent position.
Descriptions :
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for data keying and expected to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy daily.
Job responsibilities :
- Inputting text and numerical information from source documents
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Correcting any inaccuracies and validate the output
- Keeping confidentiality at the utmost of importance
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Remittance Processing / Financial operations experience preferred
- Ability to confirm and / or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
- Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
- Alphanumeric data entry skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines
Shift times vary and schedules : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am to 2 : 00am
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and / or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
This would be an on-site position in Burlington, VT
