At Farmers Insurance Stephanie Robert Agency we are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! Our office is located in Scottsdale, AZ, and we're up to big things! We are looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. Responsibilities
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
  • Understanding our client's needs and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Take care of all inbound customer requests via calls, texts, and emails
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
  • Must hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
  • Understanding our client's needs and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
