OTTO WERKS, the newest division of OTTO Gruppe (OTTO Car Club), was born out of the necessity to expand our offerings within the automotive service industry. To better meet our members' needs, OTTO WERKS encompasses in-house, world-class technicians who provide support for modern, vintage, street, and race cars. Our team's range includes anything from basic maintenance services to full engine rebuilds.

JOB DESCRIPTION

OTTO is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who can help with OTTO's growing staff needs. The successful candidate will possess several essential skills and experience, including:

• Extreme organizational skills – I.E., filing client paperwork, recording/auditing client files, managing invoicing, etc.
• Hospitality experience and passion – greeting clients at the front desk, ensuring comfort and success of services rendered.
• General automotive knowledge is a must
• Vendor coordination and service appointments
• General office upkeep and supply control
• Inventory audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
