Job Description:

Palmiye Arizona is a small showroom, which is part of a much larger enterprise. We are looking for an energetic and personable individual to take on miscellaneous tasks while in our showroom during standard operating hours of 9am to 4pm Monday - Friday, and possibly on Saturdays, and complete sales work as needed. While the scope of work is quite large, due to the small size of the company, the workload itself is very manageable, making this a great position for anyone looking to broaden their skillset or begin a new career path. Responsibilities:

Client support/ sales:

· Represent the company to clients or vendors who enter the showroom during standard operating hours

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities

· Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

· Post daily entries to social media accounts

Administrative Assistant:

· Help maintain a clean and organized showroom

· Arrange travel plans (plane tickets, hotels, car rentals, etc.)

· Communicate with vendors as necessary

· Help manage the company calendar (including scheduling appointments, client meetings, etc.)

Qualifications:

· Valid Arizona Driver’s License

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 Years of customer service experience or equivalent

· Sales experience highly preferred

· Basic knowledge of computer programs such as google sheets and outlook highly preferred.

· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is welcome. Experience with office management, cleaning, and travel are welcome

Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

· Ability to work independently

· Strong desire to learn
