Pivot North Consulting is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Scottsdale, AZ

Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Employment Type: Part-time (30 hours/week), hybrid remote/on-site (50% remote, 50% on-site)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

· Handle requests and queries appropriately.

· Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents.

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

· Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital.

· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

· Book meeting rooms and coordinate meetings.

· Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expenses.

· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Light Graphics Design experience

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive) and custom software applications.

· Strong grammar and punctuation skills.

· Ability to draft professional-style communications (emails, documents, etc.).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attendance record

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must be local to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in an administrative role.

· Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools.

· Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
