SUMMARY:
At Paul Davis, we help Residential and Commercial Property Owners put their lives together after a traumatic event. The Paul Davis Business Development Executive (BDE) is the Public Relations and Business Development side of Paul Davis of New Mexico (PDR). The BDE will work with potential customers and the community to increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand, to promote the services of Paul Davis, and to build industry relationships for Paul Davis of New Mexico.
This position reports to the Owners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Focus on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships.
· Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
· Manage business development programs and local advertising initiatives.

Working Conditions:
Working in both the office and in the field (client sites).
· In a typical interior/warehouse/office environment: work performed in an Office setting, must be able to sit for long durations of time.
· Exposure to moderate noise levels.
· May require standing or walking for up to 4 hours per day.
· Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
· Able to lift 25lbs.
Equipment Used:
· Microsoft O365 consisting of Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and other software applications include Xactimate, Symbility, Job Management Software (RMS), etc.
