Job Summary::
Strategic oversight and tactical management of UM Division property and real estate assets. Acting as the liaison between SWK and Landlords and actively leading lease development and management. Ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, collaborating with various departments, and managing specific operational aspects of real estate. Responsible and accountable for overseeing the technical maintenance and upkeep of properties, implementing efficient maintenance schedules, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring that all properties meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Essential Functions::Must be able to drive and travel as needed. Other requirements include daily use of various office equipment, frequent typing, and writing, as well as bending, twisting, stooping, climbing upstairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs. items that may be required to complete tasks. Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing to express and exchange ideas.
Work Environment::General office environment with moderate noise. This position is primarily sedentary and mainly involves sitting but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
Frequent computer use at a workstation for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
