PROJECT MANAGER - Property Management/Real Estate

Remote with regular travel to or extended stays in Greece.

Job Duties:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of real estate projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the remote team and the Athens office, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with financial teams to develop and manage project budgets.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and key developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Greek is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Greece as required (approximately 50% -70% of the time).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
