Origami Risk is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Campus Recruiter) Near Chicago, IL

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and ownership of the full cycle recruitment process for our early careers and internship programs. You'll also be responsible for proactive outreach and relationship building in an effort to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, partner with hiring managers to meet workforce planning and hiring goals while understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Executes the talent acquisition sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned business areas while maintaining a focus on diversity.
  • Build relationships with college and university representatives and lead career fair and campus recruiting events
  • Uses various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Represents company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Proactively seeks market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Screens, interviews, prepares candidate summaries, and negotiates offers.
  • Prepares hiring teams for interviews to ensure the necessary information is gathered on candidates prior to making a final hiring decision.
  • Manages ATS database ensuring the system is being used as efficiently as possible.
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple searches, projects, and talent relationships.
  • Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment.
  • Attends career and college fairs.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ previous talent acquisition experience, preferably with experience recruiting in a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Campus recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experienced with creative sourcing methods, various social sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and experience using Boolean strings
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Previous experience with ATS, including tracking and managing candidates
