As the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department. From administrative HR support to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruiting process, including screening resumes and interviewing candidates (by phone and in person)
Partner with ANR team to execute recruiting strategies and acquire top-performing talent
Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
Track and report on hires per week for management and other reports as requested
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Leverage online recruiting resources, recent market developments, social media and other business resources to build talent pipeline
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
We prefer a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, but will consider the right experience.
Proven experience in HR or similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition and culture initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
