We are seeking the ideal candidate to manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all assigned requisitions while meeting our high-priority needs and time-to-fill goals. 

• Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best-in-class candidates. 
• Successful sourcing outcomes and strategies using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
• Strong working knowledge using an Applicant Tracking System, (ATS), recruitment tools/technologies, and social media sites. 
• Qualifying candidates according to desired positions by screening resumes/applications and conducting phone interviews. 
• Scheduling on-site interviews, facilitating offers, and background checks to ensure a smooth transition. 
• Continuous learning and compliance to keep updated on employment laws and legislation including recruiting trends and best practices. 
• A successful Recruiter demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, with a candidate-focused high-touch approach while ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

Requirements

What we need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruiter role
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong people skills with the ability to read non-verbal cues and ascertain the right fit.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite applications
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and social media platforms. 
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases
• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good decision-making skills
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation

What we prefer: 

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting in a healthcare-related industry. 
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Connection to the autism community or strong desire to benefit the autism community. 
• Multi-tasking skills with emphasis on organization
