Based in Chicago, Illinois, this role will oversee a team of recruiters that support the hiring of both hourly and salaried workers across multiple locations within the US. A key partner to the leadership and People Operations teams, the Manager of TA will be relied upon to provide counsel on how to win talent in the marketplace, resource the team during times of high volumes and build recruiting infrastructure that will enable us to achieve speed, quality and diversity with our hiring.
