Mark Anthony Brands Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Chicago, IL

Based in Chicago, Illinois, this role will oversee a team of recruiters that support the hiring of both hourly and salaried workers across multiple locations within the US. A key partner to the leadership and People Operations teams, the Manager of TA will be relied upon to provide counsel on how to win talent in the marketplace, resource the team during times of high volumes and build recruiting infrastructure that will enable us to achieve speed, quality and diversity with our hiring.

What you’ll do.

  • Oversee a team of 3 recruiters to deliver hires for hourly and salaried roles across all locations for MAB.
  • Take on full cycle recruiting for senior level roles as required.
  • Build quarterly action plans and roadmaps to support hiring goals and initiatives for the business.
  • Make decisions regarding channel management and investment that will drive the needed application volumes and external brand awareness for MAB.
  • Build recruiter capability through coaching, goal setting, regular performance conversations and development plans.
  • Contributes to building programs, tools, and systems within the TA function.
  • Work with the broader TA team in US and Canada on projects and initiatives.

What we need.

  • 5 years of full cycle recruiting with a variety of disciplines, levels of leadership and geographies across the US.
  • 1-2 years in a lead or manager role having performance accountability for recruiters and coordinators.
  • Ability to consult to, influence and gain alignment with leadership and HR business partners when it comes to proactive hiring plans for a department or business unit.
  • Has successfully managed recruiter performance and development plans; both in current role and creating readiness to the next level. Establishing realistic role criteria, action items and timelines for development or promotions.
  • Comfortable getting to action and delivery, either without or while infrastructure, tools and/or systems are being built.
  • Has had ownership for the development and sustainment of a program, tool or system that was applied at scale. Ie: campus/internships, ATS, relocation.
