This role is designed to lead the growth planning of one or more brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. The Sr. Manager, Brand Commercialization will be responsible for building the local marketing strategy, deployment, commercial management of Brands in the US.
Accountabilities:
1.Lead Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
2.Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
3.Lead the Innovation implementation and volume planning
4.Lead Sku assortment review & pricing strategy
5.Build the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable
6.Accountable for Brand P&L and CAAP

3.Volume & Sales
4.Innovation Metrics (i.e., Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, & SKU Optimization)
Own:
Local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery

Innovation, Brand strategy, planning & asset delivery
Veto:
US cross-functional brand commercialization outputs (i.e., shopper experiential, social, etc.)
Collaborative Relationships:
Your cross functional stakeholders & support needed or given;
1.Global & US Brand Marketing, Digital Center of Excellence. Global Innovation Team.
2.Sales, Finance, & Compliance
3.Consumer Connection Team (Shopper, Social, Media etc.) US Events & Regional Marketing Team.

1.Brand campaigns, playbooks, and calendars
2.Brand-related financial reporting and insights
Key Capabilities:
1.Bachelor’s Degree & 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
2.Experience leading a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
3.Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills
