Position Title: Human Resources Director
Department: Administration
Reports To: Vice President for Finance and Administration
Supervision Exercised: None
FLSA Status: Full-Time, non-exempt
SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Director at the Oregon Symphony will be a versatile professional responsible for
managing various HR functions, primarily focusing on benefits administration, HR Compliance, and
employee engagement, within a workforce that is both at-will and under labor agreements. In this new role,
the Director will shape the work culture and work to ensure the well-being of our talented team.

monitor.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical
parts such as printers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This position is currently following a weekly hybrid work model (working remotely and in-office).
