Innovative Care Management (ICM) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing and dynamic team in a primarily telecommuting organization. The right candidate will have broad experience in Human Resources and be the primary point of contact for human resources issues at our organization of 100 employees. The ability to work both remotely and in the office, while openly communicating and collaborating with all levels of the organization, are key requirements. A successful candidate will possess strong computer skills and general comfort navigating various digital platforms to ensure success during remote training with limited in person interactions with team members. ICM has been providing telecommuting opportunities for over 25 years and is committed to maintaining a strong telecommuting model even when the current public health crisis is resolved.

Position Summary:
As the HR Manager for Innovative Care Management (ICM), you will lead the human resources function with a focus on driving organizational growth, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a key role in talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and HR administration. This position primarily operates in a remote work environment, with occasional in-person office time expected, approximately 1-2 days per month. Candidates must reside within the Portland, OR metropolitan area.
