The Human Resources Assistant provides customer service to employees, maintains employee files and HRIS database, and assists team members in various other HR functions. The Human Resources Assistant must be able to maintain, record, and manage confidential information on a daily basis.

Position Proficiency Requirements:

  1. College Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience.
  2. Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  3. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, HRIS databases.
  4. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to listen and respond to information effectively.
  5. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Ability to come into work on time and daily and work remotely when needed.
  7. Maintain confidentiality, and project a positive and professional business image.
  8. Possess problem solving and decision-making skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provides timely, accurate customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  2. Maintains personnel files by filing, organizing, and posting employee files.
  3. Enters employee information in to HRIS database.
  4. Processes new hire paperwork.
  5. Responds to employment verification requests.
  6. Provides administrative support to all HR team members.
  7. Provides recruitment support and administrative HR support to subsidiaries.
  8. Performs administrative tasks as required.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.​​​​​​
