At NY Bakery and Desserts, we believe in providing top quality sweets and pastries with no shortcuts. Our main goal is to make our customers and people of the city happier with our gourmet sweets! One of our top priority is using the highest quality ingredients and creating our sweets freshly every day.
Our chefs work individually on their assigned items and responsible from keeping inventory. We are currently hiring for a chef who can focus on listed items and bake them freshly in large quantities for 2 stores;
-Chocolate Mousses and Cakes: Chocolate Mousse Cake, Chocolate Cheesecake, Chocolate Soufflé, Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake
-Pies and Tarts: Apple pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Tart
-Cookies: Chocolate chip cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Black and White Cookies
-Cup Desserts: Panna Cotta Cups, Pistachio Mousse Cups, Berry Mousse Cup, Banana Pudding
-Other Desserts such as: Eclairs, Creme Brûlée, Tiramisu
Required work experience:
-Must have at least 3-4 years of experience baking and creating listed items in a large batches (for multiple stores)
-Must be able to work with their own recipes
-Must be able to work 8-10 hours on foot
-Must be able to list the items they need for supplying weekly
-Must be able to work with positive attitude and happy to create gourmet desserts

En NY Bakery and Desserts, creemos en brindar dulces y pasteles de la mejor calidad sin atajos. ¡Nuestro principal objetivo es hacer más felices a nuestros clientes y gente de la ciudad con nuestros dulces gourmet! Una de nuestras principales prioridades es utilizar ingredientes de la más alta calidad y crear nuestros dulces frescos todos los días.
Nuestros chefs trabajan individualmente en los artículos asignados y son responsables de mantener el inventario. Actualmente estamos contratando un chef que pueda concentrarse en los artículos enumerados y hornearlos recién hechos en grandes cantidades para 2 tiendas;
-Mousses y Tartas de Chocolate: Tarta de Mousse de Chocolate, Tarta de Queso con Chocolate, Soufflé de Chocolate, Tarta de Chocolate Sin Gluten
-Tartas y tartas: tarta de manzana, tarta de nueces, tarta de calabaza, tarta de limón
-Galletas: Galletas con chispas de chocolate, Galletas de avena con pasas, Galletas blancas y negras
-Postres en taza: tazas de panna cotta, tazas de mousse de pistacho, tazas de mousse de frutos rojos, pudín de plátano
-Otros postres como: Eclairs, Creme Brûlée, Tiramisu
Experiencia laboral requerida:
-Debe tener al menos 3-4 años de experiencia horneando y creando artículos listados en lotes grandes (para varias tiendas)
-Debe poder trabajar con sus propias recetas.
-Debe poder trabajar de 8 a 10 horas a pie.
-Debe poder enumerar los artículos que necesitan para el suministro semanal.
-Debe poder trabajar con actitud positiva y feliz para crear postres gourmet.
