Patisserie Fouet is a Japanese / French Patisserie by day and Dessert Bar by night, lead by Executive Chef Yoshie Shirakawa. Our original shop is located in Union Square, however, we are expanding and adding a second location in Hell's Kitchen (52nd St & 9th Ave). We are hiring a full time assistant baker to join the team.
