A c.50 seat French “Bistronomy” Restaurant in the heart of lower Manhattan in Tribeca with an established head Chef, anticipated to open in March 2022.
Chef Nagae has an extensive experiences in haute cuisine at multiple 3 Michelin-Star restaurants globally. His vision for the Restaurant is to provide the kind of food one would be served at great restaurants in France. Highest quality food served in a friendly, non-formal environment is the core concept of our dining experience.
The Restaurant will fill an under serviced niche by providing premium food at a medium-to-high price point, positioned between high-end French “haute cuisine” and casual “American French”.
