Account Manager – Next Round

Join our mission to make golf more affordable and enjoyable, especially for beginners and junior players ready to advance. Next Round seeks an enthusiastic Account Manager with strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure our partners' success. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships, and possesses the following skills or the willingness to learn them.

Responsibilities

Account Management and Post-Sale Operations: Collaborate with head professionals to roll out our Trade-in services with proven marketing strategies.

· Proactively engage with both prospective and current clients to build and enhance partnerships.

· Ensure the success of events through consistent communication with clients.

· Aid golf clubs in their marketing efforts and instruct staff on strategies to increase trade-ins.

· Ensure timely and precise distribution of tailored marketing materials.

· Provide weekly updates to clubs on event outcomes, offering support to those requiring assistance.

· Coordinate with the Event Specialist for event preparation and deliver comprehensive reports after events.

Relationship-driven Sales, Account Growth, and Prospecting: Enhance Trade-in Revenue through strong club relationships, including managing pro shop closeouts and staff trades.

· Engage with clubs regularly to adapt our services to their seasonal needs.

· Use the initial trade-in event as a chance to inform staff about further services like end-of-season closeouts and year-round mail in program.

· Participate in PGA section and club-related events for networking opportunities.

· Obtain referrals from happy clients and approach new potential clients.

Continuous Improvement and Growth: Contribute to the sales team’s development and service offerings improvement.

· Serve as the customer's advocate within our organization.

· Communicate with staff in other departments to provide necessary feedback.

· Offer weekly insights to management for service improvement.

· Help create and update marketing materials and engage in special projects as needed.
