Summary:
The Director of Human Resource and Training/Development will lead, develop, and implement the policies, activities of the Human Resources department while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of NAICA’s mission and talent strategy. He will also direct the design, planning and implementation of Corporate Training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of NAICA.
