MPB Realty Services, Inc is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ

MPB is a second generation, family owned commercial real estate and property management company. Many of our team has been with the company for over 15 years. We are a group of people that truly enjoy making a difference for our clients while having each other's back. We pride ourselves in making sure we're better than our competition in these ways.

We are looking to add an EXPERIENCED Administrative Assistant to our team. This person would carry out myriad functions to support our team, tenants, and owners ranging from AR/AP work, placing and tracking the progression of work orders, bidding construction projects and following up with tenants and vendors and more. We intend for this position to learn how our company works while bringing their organizational skills to the table. A few years of herding cats, speaking with and coordinating people and general knowledge of maintenance in real estate would be great although we are happy to train someone if they're the right kind of person for our team.

Requirements:
- Microsoft Office understanding/experience
- Yardi Voyager experience/work order tracking preferred
- College Degree not needed for right kind of person
- Can-Do Attitude
- Willingness to learn and be taught new things
- Desire to grow professionally and as a person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
