Contract Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Contract to hire Human Resources Manager for a non profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Maintain employee records and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
